GUARANTEES: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY)

The client has the right to cancel the purchase up to 48 hours after purchase.

 

Full-priced finished or preset jewelry or accessories must be returned/exchanged within 5 days from date of delivery; however, there are no return or exchange on sales items. There are no returns or exchanges on customized jewelry. These apply to our online store only.

 

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.  For online purchases, TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

 

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are included with each shipment. Please note that returns and exchanges must be made through TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN .com following such instructions and that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted at Texas Pearls Queen stores.

 

The full amount of the return will be credited to the original credit card used. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item, and the credit should appear on your next statement.

 

Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund unless there was an error made by TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN in the original shipment. Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-store purchases.

 

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

 

We recommend that you ship merchandise via FEDEX or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 

Please note that certain items are shipped with a return/exchange tag attached.

Returns and exchanges on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact and the return instructions above are followed.

 

TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN 's sole discretion.

Please note that the returned item must be received by TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN in its original condition and that new orders are subject to TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client's responsibility, unless there was an error made by TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN in the original shipment.

Your exchange item(s) will be sent to you via CONTRACT COURIER OR USPS at no additional cost if the error was made by TEXAS PEARLS QUEEN.
